Who We Are?
PROMAIN is a progressive outsource-focused enterprise specializing in enhancing and maintaining business and residential complexes, affording cost effective, quality workmanship. Promain was established in 2000 and became the foremost maintenance contractor to Independent Newspapers Cape where we coined the term INC-model; minimizing administration costs, and implementing preventative maintenance to reduce medium to long-term expenditure. Here, we are centrally based and on call 24 hrs providing daily in-house maintenance services.
Health & Safety
Health and Safety is of utmost importance to us and we constantly seek ways to improve conditions on site and train our staff. We have appointed an external specialist to prepare our safety manuals and to do general inspections and audits to ensure we comply with the Occupational Health and Safety ACT of 1993. Additionally, we have in house Safety Officers who manage the day to day safety aspects and these officers are trained in first aid, risk assessment and general health & safety administration.
